Summary of key issues in accessing schemes

Work in progress (on these line- sample 

1. Lack of awareness among workers
2. Lack of supporting documents: aadhaar card, name/ age mismatch in documents, bank passbook, aadhaar seeding with bank account,  
3. Lack of resources: no or shared smartphone, workers don't remember login details
4. Certain job profiles within construction work such as gardeners, parking area employees not included.
5. Lack of trust: some CSOs take money, reluctance in sharing documents, cyber cafes
6. systematic issue: The Seva Sindhu portal experienced intermittent slowdowns, and there were limitations on the document upload size, often restricted to around 2 megabytes
