Scheme 2: Thayi Bhagya Scheme

 

What is Thayi Bhagya Scheme?

The scheme is designed to facilitate cashless medical treatment for women from Below Poverty Line (BPL) families. Within this scheme, pregnant women from BPL households can access delivery services without any financial burden at approved private hospitals. These women are exempt from charges starting from admission until discharge. This benefit is applicable for the first two live deliveries. Identification of beneficiaries is done through the issuance of Antenatal Care (ANC) cards.
